Several people have asked me about the Subliminal Power Software link on my website so I thought I’d tell you a bit more about it.
If you are in front of a computer for more than an hour a day you will FOR SURE want to check this out.
Subliminal Power is a small program that will run on any Windows computer. It automatically loads when you start your computer and then it operates in the background. It flashes 100-millisecond messages while you work on your computer. It doesn’t matter what you are doing … writing an email, reading an ebook, working or playing computer games, it works in the background.
Though the messages are “invisible” to your eye, your unconscious mind is able to pick up the subliminal messages and use them to change your life.
Once you download the program, you are able to totally control what you will see via the message editor. You can also play relaxing music in the background - or select any of the Baroque “60 beats per minute” tunes that help synchronise your brainwaves and get you into a receptive “flow” state.
The reason I am mentioning this program is because it has 21 “pre-programmed” modules. Several of the modules can specifically help with weight loss.
Accepting your Physical Self - learn to love the physical you
Get Motivated! - use this module to pump yourself full of “get-up-and-go!”
Releasing your Past - let go of past events that are holding you back, from the deepest of levels
Learning to Love Yourself - rocket your personal development by loving the true you
Lose Weight Quickly - make your body shed weight quicker and stop the pounds piling up.
I have been using the “memory” modules for about a month now. Though it is hard to measure how much of a difference it is making, I AM noticing some improvement. And of COURSE I’m using the weight-loss modules, but the effects are even harder to measure since I’m using a pile of other techniques at the same time. I am DETERMINED to become Slim, Trim, Strong, Fit and Maybe Even Downright Skinny so I’ll use anything that helps!
Go and see for yourself >> Subliminal Power Software
Have a FABULOUS day!

My Panty Hose Moment came about a month after my first Eureka moment.
At my heaviest, putting on of any kind of garment was a trial. If it wasn’t physically difficult, I hated how I looked. Nothing fit, everything was TIGHT. I loathed the way I looked and felt.
If I ever write a screenplay I’ll be sure to include a panty hose “scene.” My thighs were really big. My legs were stiff and I was having on/off problems with my back. If I thought putting on shoes was a horrible experience, getting into my panty hose was worse. It was TORTURE. It would take at least five minutes and I would be exhausted and totally demoralized when I was done.
To start off with I had to purchase the big thick “tights” type of panty hose because the lighter kind wouldn’t survive the process. The easiest way to get the panty hose on was to lie on the bed with my legs in the air. Then I would leverage myself into my panty hose an inch at a time. Then I would roll off the bed to get into a standing position.
To avoid this torture, I simply started wearing pants all the time.
Then one day I forced myself to go out to a gathering. I forced myself to get into a dressier pair of pants. I wanted to wear my tights because they smoothed out some of the lumps. And without even thinking about it, I sat on the end of the bed and pulled them on.
EUREKA!!
No legs up in the air. No grunting and groaning. No tortured pulling and stretching and ripping.
EUREKA!!
Progress.

Somewhere along the way I had my first eureka! moment. Any of you who are really BIG BLOBS, like I am, will relate.
At my biggest I had problems putting on any shoes that had to be tied or buckled. If I sat down and bent over to put the shoes on, I would literally gag. I would not be able to breathe. If I knelt down to put my shoes on and tie or buckle them, I could barely get up. I would have to leverage myself up using the wall or by grabbing onto something.
I could NOT possibly bend over and put my shoes on. Impossible. I could not lift a foot up onto a chair to tie my laces. Impossible.
If I went to someone’s place I would be very careful to only wear slip on shoes otherwise it would be too embarrassing.
Then one day … TA DA …
I realized that I had just put my runners on. Easily.
I could actually lift my foot up onto a bench and tie the laces. I could actually BEND over and untie my shoes. I could bend over and NOT gag. I could kneel down and get up again without hanging onto a wall or leveraging off of a chair.
EUREKA!!!!
Awesome!
I went out for a walk to celebrate. Image walking to celebrate! … I used to celebrate with a big slab of chocolate! Giggle. TWO levels of progress!!

I sometimes have to remind my friends that hypnotherapy does not involve mind reading. So no, I didn’t expect you to be able to pluck the name of the Cheesecake for Breakfast book out of my mind!
The book is a recipe book for the Zone Diet, also known as the 40-30-30 eating plan. The idea behind the Zone Diet is to regulate our blood sugar levels by eating 5 – 6 small meals spaced evenly throughout the day. Each meal has to contain carbohydrates, protein and fat in specific proportions (hence the 40-30-30 percentages).
I find that when I follow the plan I FEEL great. No fog brain, no mid-afternoon tiredness. The Zone plan is also great for anyone who is diabetic or hypoglycemic.
The “Cheesecake for Breakfast” recipe can be found in …
The Formula by Gene and Joyce Daoust
Amazon link: The Formula
I’d also recommend Mastering The Zone by Dr. Barry Sears (who is the originator of the Zone plan )
Amazon link: Mastering the Zone
Two great books … borrow them from the library. You’ll be a convert like I am and eventually you’ll want your own copy!
